Bom hotel. Era um Ibis budget. Bom café da manhã. Não tem restaurante mas fica colado parede com parede ao shopping. Estacionamento dentro do shopping com ticket validado pelo hotel. Quarto bastante confortável. Gostei bastante da experiência.

Quero registrar que no check-in de balcão foi solicitado um apto que acomodasse dois hóspedes do gênero masculino e, portanto, com distanciamento das camas de solteiro. No entanto, diferentemente de outra ocasião que utilizamos o hotel, não houve atendimento para esse pedido, o que deixou a estadia muito desconfortável. Lamentável.

dois detalhes a serem resolvidos (1) falta toalha de rosto e (2) o box do banho é desconfortável e foi "projetado" para jogar a água do chuveiro para fora, molhando e tornando desagradável o piso do banheiro.

Não recomendo!

Fiz uma reserva para 2 diárias e infelizmente tive que encerrar na primeira diária. Estava muito frio durante a estadia e o hotel estava com problemas na bomba de água quente, ou seja, tomamos banho em água fria por esse motivo. O problema não foi resolvido até na manhã seguinte, como nos foi informado. Além disso a infraestrutura do prédio não tem muito isolamento, é possível escutar tudo o que se passa nos apartamentos de cima ao seu, prejudicando assim o descanso. Quarto ok, cama e limpeza ok. Podemos não ter dado sorte nos dias da estadia, porém não recomendo arriscar.
