Really nice, well maintained property, we had a pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our upgraded room is spacious and beautiful, amenities are ample and luxurious. Breakfast is delicious, great to have lots of dessert choice!

I traveled regularly in Europe. Trust me this hotel is outstanding in many ways. They give an explanation of the city, the areas around & provide excellent transportation to & fro the airport. The receptionists are helpful & responsive. The housekeepers also ensure great cleanliness in the room & are attentive to details. Thk u very much for the wonderful experience. Staff was very polite and helpful. View from room was excellent

The front desk staff is friendly. They have a communal pantry that ww can have all-day coffee and some cakes. The location is very convenient. There's a slope for accessibility to the main door of the hotel.

Spent 4 days over Christmas and couldn't have picked a more magical place in Porto. From our very spacious and well designed room - watching the sun set over the city across the river - was unforgettable.

Clean room. Check in was easy. However,

Loved it. Very stylish

Prettiest and well designed

Great location, very convenient to get around the city center. Friendly staff

Eduardo at Concierge was excellent. He provided excellent advice & went out of his way to help us find our missing hoodie. The room, however, could be better. There was a housefly buzzing around, the handsoap bottle was not replenished & there was no tissue paper.
