"Check in was ok but staff seemed annoyed - not really a friendly vibe. The one working elevator took forever to get to ground level stopping at all levels every time, line up of people every time we went to use it. Upon entry to room there were some marks on wall that I used my cleaning wipes to wipe down. The room was ok otherwise but just OK - needs some love as the room was looking drab and old. Good location with park across room."

"We used the public carpark right next door. Cheap over night parking in a multy story park with at least 2.05 height limit. Enough room for most normal 4x4 cars. The room we had was a corner room with spectacular views over the East end and some parkland looking out to the Adelaide foot hills. Nice clean room great bathroom . Very comfy bed and quick room service meals even at late night after we came back from a show the Festival Centre. Overall it was a great night with a late check out of 11am. Will use this as my go to from now on when staying in Adelaide. And it is in a perfect position ."

"The Mayfair is a nice hotel right in the heart of Adelaide. It clean and a very pleasant and we'll maintained place to stay. Breakfast was excellent too and the bed comfortable. I highly recommend it."
