"Gentleman at desk was very kind and helpful and requested room near to lobby and given right near to lobby and helped with our stuff moving and when we offered tip he rejected, so kind of staff. Coming to bed we expected lower bed and that room was as expected, handlebar inside the room makes easier for us and cleaning was good. Overall, we don't feel any hard things"
