"Everything was good, we enjoyed our stay"

"The issue with staying at this hotel is they don't specify parking for hotel guests so when the casino is busy or there is a show.... good luck in parking in the underground garage that leads ro the hotel elevators. Instead you get to park in another garage that makes you walk forever with all of your stuff. My other issue was the lack of staff empathy and lack of service. When we checked in I asked about a different entrance (to avoid the quarter mile walk) and she seemed to assume I knew where the other one was. Our suite has motion sensor lights (as I'm sure all rooms do) but there had to be an issue with the settings or wiring in our room because the living room light would suddenly come on with a loud click! and this happened all night long. Nothing we did would stop the light from coming on. The maintenance and front desk crew tried to help but just kept insisting it was because of someone moving in the bed. Well what the heck then? Fix the sensitivity! By the second night I had to go down to the desk at two a m and asked for the maintenance man to come look at it with me so I could prove to him what it was doing. He could not figure out what the problem was So we basically had to flip off the breaker so that I could get some sleep. In the end I was very frustrated to have to pay full price for a room that did not fully function cottectly and to be told it was because of my "preference" with the lights? As if sleeping in the dark is a preference? "

"We stayed for one night at the start of May 2026, we quite enjoyed our stay the lady working the front desk as we checked in was extremely welcoming and more then happy to answer all our silly questions. The building and room were very clean and organized, gym had a healthy variety of machines, and a water dispenser, however there was no pool which I remember seeing pictures of on the listing but was not mentioned in the amenities. The only issues with our room were that the window wouldn't fully it was stuck about 1-2 CMS open meaning there was alot of extra road noise from being beside hwy 400 and we could not find a remote for the tv anywhere in the room, we did not bring up either issue with the staff because they didn't personally bother us much and we didn't want to bug the staff late at night. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there is conveniently a McDonald's in the parking lot as an additional option. Overall great hotel and a great value(atleast for when I stayed)"

"The Hotel is ok in General but the free Breakfast is complete trash..... there only giving you coffee,oatmeal and bread if you want meat like bacon and eggs you have to pay extra its like $8 or $10 bucks i just went to the Breakfast spot at the end of that street they have to improve that because other hotels with free Breakfast give some sort of meat."

"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."
