"Everything was amazing!! The breakfast was really good. I felt very safe, especially because the elevator only works with a room key. The staff was very helpful, and they definitely made my stay at Ibis even better. Check in and check out was very fast. The hotel is 5min away from the airport. There is a starbucks right next door and lots of stores. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely book again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit this area, and overall I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The breakfast, which is included with the room, is excellent. It is served buffet-style from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., offering a great variety of food. The housekeeping staff, the kitchen staff, the other receptionists, and the manager are all kind, friendly, and professional. There are only two things that need improvement. First, the Wi-Fi is very slow and the connection drops frequently, making it difficult to use the internet. Second, there is one receptionist whose customer service is unfortunately poor. She rarely greets guests, does not smile, and does not make visitors feel welcome. This is not a personal complaint—I shared this feedback with the manager because I believe great customer service is important. Despite these issues, I would gladly stay here again because the rest of the staff and the overall experience are excellent."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was truly impressed with this hotel. Honestly, I expected less, but it exceeded my expectations. From the customer service to the rooms, everything was excellent. The room was exactly as advertised on Expedia, and when I arrived, I even felt like I was given a larger room. I’m very happy with my stay. I used to stay at a different hotel, but this one won me over, and I will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast, but I really appreciated the in-room coffee maker and the high-quality coffee. It’s a thoughtful touch that not many hotels offer anymore."
