Hotels in Downtown Lubbock

"The website says there are two pools , one for adults and one for children. There was only one pool and it was 2 feet deep. The website also states that there was is a bar but it was closed and when I asked the staff, she said it’s never been open. The restrooms by the check in area were dirty and they had no toilet paper. We were very disappointed because we had our grandchildren with us and had hoped to have a great weekend with them. We had no plans to leave the hotel and enjoy the time with them but we decided to make it a one night stay instead and go look for another hotel."

"Only complaint is that no coffee or light breakfast was included. That would have been nice. The rooms were expensive but I’m assuming that is because of an event in town. Staff was super nice - front desk and bar! We would likely go back."

"This property was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff were so accommodating and welcoming. The nicest and friendliest staff. The rooms were very nice and comfy,even the pull out sofa was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was outstanding,the selection was out of this world. "

"We stayed there in Feb 2026 for 1 night. I did not eat breakfast and my husband was a bit late so not much to choose from Other than that it was great Lovely King room. Very comfy bed Best sleep ever"
