The morning clerk and employee that handled the Breakfast area were helpful ONCE you get past the language barrier as they spoke very little English. "Cold hot tub was such a disappointment.. Only reason we picked this one is it had good reviews on hot tub and you travel all day, get there get your suit on and the hot tub is cold… like just a bit warmer than pool.. such a let down.. and frustrating.."
