"Great location one block away from the boardwalk and nice balcony. Hotel was in good shape, though the carpets in the room could use either a deep cleaning or a replacement. The beds only had a comforter and no top sheet, which we found odd. Spacious refrigerator in the room. It also has a small pool, which was helpful to us when the ocean wasn't usable because of large amount of jellyfish."

"This is our 3rd year in OC and first time in this hotel. Staff was very nice ands helpful. Property was nice. Having two pools was a selling point for us and the kids enjoyed both very much being that we came during jelly fish season. 2 issues were our door to our room was extremely hard to open and took great effort to make sure it was closed. We were traveling with kids so to ask to move to another room felt like a mission. Also the black out shade did not cover the window so the light from the balcony which was on all night was frustrating. Other than that, our family had such a great time in OC and staying on the boardwalk was a treat."

"We stayed in the family apartment which is across the street from the motel. It was great for small families. An easy walk to the beach and the beach isn’t really deep there so with 2 little kids that was great. You park on a side yard at the apartment which is also shaded in the afternoon where kids could play and adults hang out. Overall the size was amazing for the size and location."
