Despite my very early morning departure, the team arranged a reliable airport transfer without any fuss — a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly peaceful. The area felt very safe and quiet, which is so important when you're travelling on your own. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my entire stay, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my trip. What truly made this place stand out was the amazing staff — especially Betim and Dejon. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From sharing excellent local tips (food spots, hidden gems, and must-see sights), to simply checking in to make sure I was doing okay, they genuinely cared. A perfect example: I forgot my phone charger and mentioned it in passing — Betim immediately offered me one of his own, no hesitation. The breakfast was poor, with weak coffee, tap water, and what seemed like leftover lukewarm orange juice from the previous day in the machine. The dining room manager was rude and irritable.
