"A grand hotel built to a high standard. They don’t build them like this anymore. Thick stone walls, tall ceilings and wide stairways create a spacious ambiance and quiet night time sleeping."

"It was fine but it is definitely run down. The building needs some upgrades. The parking situation isn't great as the hotel doesn't have any of its own parking and you have to pay impark to park your car $15 a day. We parked for free and walked a few blocks. We stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned our room regularly. The comforter was dirty and we requested a new one. No one ever brought one. We had to ask for more towels each day."

"We found the building to be dated as well as the pool area. Sadly, the waterslide could not be on because there was no operator. One of the main reasons we booked the place. The location is not ideal either for families. And while the staff was kind, they definitely were not quick. We waited 45 minutes to an hour for a pillow."
