Hotels in Downtown Williams

"This is a potentially great hotel! The staff are helpful and friendly. The amenities are fun. The room was good for the price, but the sink was stopped up. We did not deal with it because it was late by the time we realized. Also, the blinds did not work well. Again, we did not contact the staff, so I couldn’t tell you if they would have fixed these things if they were brought to their attention. The included continental breakfast was also potentially good, but there were not many options. For a small town, this was a good option. "

"Room was old, key didn’t work in the door, shower had a busted floor or was uneven, the roof seemed like it was caving in, the direct tv did not want to work correctly. No ice machine. Bed was hard as a rock. Was close to food places. "

"I love this little quaint town. The hotel was just ideal. The beds were nicely made and comfotable. The little retro fridge and microwave were adorable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. The town itself had interesting shops. We especially enjoyed a store that sold jewelry made by local artists. The train to the canyons being right there added to the charm (even though we did not take the train ride)."

"I asked to see room before I decided to stay…Great choice, room smelled , beds horrible and you couldn’t shut bathroom door because toilet was in the way. They kept putting charges on my card. DO NOT stay here. Much better places for $20 more. "

"Staff was very helpful, although we were warned ahead of time that the TVs didn’t work and the pool and hot tub were out of commission. The hotel had a flickering light on the second floor that gave haunted hotel vibes. O and the door to the outside would not lock. So yeah. "

"This property needs to finish their renovations to the rooms before renting them out. The bed was nice, there were new fixtures in the bathroom but overall it needed to be finished. It seemed dirty because they didn't have any floorboards and it showed the old/dirty walls behind them. Carpet was old...the renovation crew is there early in the morning so that's the first thing you hear is construction. I'm sure it will be great when they're done, but call first to see if it's finished before you stay."
