But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean."

"Not sure if they were short staffed but the check-in process was a mess. There were many people that sat and waited for rooms to be cleaned and available. Eventually, we were given a key to our second room only to find out that someone was already in there. Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds."

"Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!"
