"I called expedia and explained that no one was there to check us in. When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 9pm. I tried calling the hotel but the number was disconnected and expedia will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. "

"I flew in for the weekend for a concert. Chose to stay at the Westin so to how close it was to the venue.
The property was clean and beautiful.
My room was also clean and beautiful.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful when it came to navigating through the property. "

"Room was fine and the bed comfortable. Very nice shower. We particularly enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool.
Special praise for the restaurant. We had breakfast every day and dinner twice, all meals were excellent. The chef-special baklava was a real treat. Staff were always pleasant and helpful."
