"The airport shuttle was above and beyond excellent. When I called from the airport for a pickup the driver came very fast. Some of the other people waiting to be picked up by their hotels were amazed at how fast I was picked up. Some even made the comment "wow, I should have stayed at your hotel" I told the driver that I had a fairly early morning flight out of country. She said would you like to check in and then I will take you to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner, then pick you up to take you back to the hotel. Of course I said yes, and driver was like a tour guide driving me by some restaurants and asking me what I would like. I went in and got the food, paid the bill and within seconds my driver was waiting for me outside to take me back to the hotel. Amazing! Breakfast in the AM was wonderful and my ride back to the airport was waiting on me. Rook was very clean and very comfortable. Desk clerk could not have been nicer. "

"Overnight stay for a flight. Very clean. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the female front desk agent saying “ here are your two room keys” you never know who is watching. Plentiful breakfast options and the ladies working the area were very nice. Cute patio to enjoy your coffee outside. "
