It was an great pleasure to stay in the hotel. Great room for handicapped people, great, understanding and lovely personel and last, but not least: the wonderful breakfast!

Positives: Bed, Cleanliness, Air conditioning quiet room, location - several tram lines, breakfast offering Negatives: TV Remote and room safe did not work and no maitenance man to repair them, organisation of breakfast buffet, very small room, no closet or refrigerator. Hotel is good for a 3 to 4 day stay, but not longer. The central location on several tram lines is the big plus

Nice budget hotel in Dresden

Nice hotel for a Night in Dresden. Parking can be difficult to access and costs 27Eur for a night and the area- but not the hotel - has a run down look. Once inside everything is fine and location is fine for a walk around the inner city.

Good hotel - unpleasant stuff

The hotel, the room and breakfast were excellent however the front desk stuff were angry, unwelcoming and unpleasant to talk with. We felt like we were doing something wrong when checking in or trying to get service from them. Also, the hotels page stated parking on site but didn’t mention that the parking costs money and very very expensive.

Check-in 4.07.24 approx @ 4pm was a mess, at beginning the Lady refused to put my VAT number on the invoice, because she was busy, or maybe too much work. Then, the room I got was not in order, used from another guest, she changed me the room. In general the Lady at check in didn't give me the impression she understands the job, pretty much hard.

Trotz einer Baustelle direkt gegenüber, auf der bereits ab 7 Uhr lautstark gearbeitet wurde, konnte das Zimmer dank der gut isolierenden Fenster einen Großteil des Lärms abfangen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, und grundsätzlich würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich allerdings genauer auf die Zimmerauswahl achten, um eventuellen Baulärm zu vermeiden.

Das Hotel ist modern und gut gelegen. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür, der Bahnhof Neustadt ist unweit entfernt und generell sind Orte in Altstadt und Neustadt gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer-WLAN ist leider nurnnutzbar, wenn der Fernseher an ist, ansonstem ändert sich das Passwort.

Das Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Standort.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung Personal, hilfsbereit, freundlich einwandfrei. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Parkgebühr zu hoch. Was zu kritisieren ist, keine Ablage im Bad, obwohl Möglichkeiten und Flächen vorhanden sind.

Der var ganske varmt i Dresden under vores ophold. Alligevel havde man slukket for ventlationen, til trods af at vinduerne ud mod Antonstrasse ikke kan holdes åbne, grundet motorstøj fra gaden.

Très bon hôtel

Hotel bien situé, proche de la gare de Neustadt, et desservi par 4 lignes de tram différentes. Petit dejeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Un pont negatif à noter : l'utilisation du wifi dans la chambre nécessite de laisser la télé allumée, car le code change dès qu'on l'éteint.

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich. Mein Zimmer war relativ geräumig. Das Bett war gut. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage nachts laut und hat mich geweckt. Die Duschkabine könnte sorgfältiger gereinigt werden. Es war mir etwas unangenehm, barfuß auf den Fliesen zu laufen.
