Dear Ziva, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We take every comment from our guests seriously. We are sorry that not everything met your expectations. The Student Hotel has no parking for hotel guests only. Behind our hotel is a big communal parking area, another parking lot next to the hotel is the Centrum Galerie shopping center. As we are directly in the city center the capacity for parking is, as you might have noticed is, limited. The City Tax is not always included in the room rate, depending on the travel agent you use. When booking via our website we can guarantee that all taxes are included. Because of safety reasons we where not able to open the roof top yet.
