"Pleasant and clean room. Excellent water pressure. Very quiet. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and polite. I can't speak to breakfast, or to the exercise room or pool, because we didn't partake of those things. The parking lot is a bit small, which makes it hard to find a space when the hotel is crowded. We couldn't figure out how to work the room thermostat, so it was a bit warm for us. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. A great option, especially since it's the only hotel in New Concord."

"The room was perfect. We dined in and the 4 course steak dinner was phenomenal. But the real special part of this whole experince is Joy, the inkeeper. She is absolutely spectacular. Her service and cooking are top tier. She is so kind and makes you feel like family. "

"We did not get our breakfast we paid for, because we booked through Hotels . Com . The room was clean, bed slept very well. We don’t know if we were told the wrong time to eat . $28.00 is a lot of to pay then get told no food."
