However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. "Very nice property, very clean and organized. It is in a very good location, close to commercial and historical sites. A lot of things to do and places to eat nearby. We had a little confusion with the entry code, but could sort it out with the help of the property management and they immediately took care of it."

It was a good price, so perhaps we should not have been surprised to find that it was in need of maintenance. "Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"First of all, the entry key pad to the property did not work. Tried pulling the entry door, it opened. It lead to a flight of dark stairs. Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. "Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer.
