"Clean rooms "

"We stayed at this property for a quick, unplanned, overnight road trip. We wanted someplace inexpensive but clean. Our room was very clean. The furnishings are basic and included a bed, dresser, microwave, and fridge. There were wall lights on each side of the bed but a shelf on only one side. I would recommend putting one on both sides, especially since the lights had places to charge items. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and we had no problems with check-in. "Small family-owned B&B, and owner takes the time to get to know you. Rooms are old-fashioned but comfy if you like a no-nonsense stay without bells and whistles. Homemade breakfast is provided in the morning but the portions are pretty small. Pretty easy walk to restaurants and businesses in the downtown area. "
