"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). Nearest paid public parking is the train station a 15 minute walk away. I was escorted there by the police after I paid the ticket. Hotel parking was apparently full. Also the front desk staff demanded a voucher for my reservation which was nowhere to be found on my Expedia reservation. On the plus side the room was not bad (but no bathtub as shown in the room pictured). Breakfast was good with very good service. I like this place but I am hard pressed to stay there again because of the reception I received from the front desk staff and the location with limited parking. Recommend if you stay there contact the hotel ahead of your stay to inquire about hotel parking and the voucher they are giving for."

"We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"It was well-situated. The town is very attractive. I did not have time to use the spa facilities. It had very mediocre food for dinner, better for breakfast, but the whole town has pretty lousy food. Also the furniture was quite worn, there were no electric outlets in the bathroom and even in the room itself (I had to pull out the TV console so I could charge my phone). The electric outlets on the desk did not work. Basic bathroom."

"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

"The location is awesome, breakfast very good selection, healthy choice as well. Miss Eva extremely helpful and nice, this lady is there from very early until the night, she is the heart of the hotel. The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. To sauna you go no swimsuit than you shower but shower are together with swimming pool, so dressing back and forth and switching to sauna is not practical. Small capacity of the sauna and pool for the whole hotel"
