"the room was tired, a terrace room, false grass on the deck covered in pigeon droppings and weaping green algae all over the green copper canopy over, windows filthy due to it all, shower room door faulty, wash basin hot/cold mixed up, food offering basic, cheap fleece gowns, altogether far from any five star hotel I've ever stayed in "

"The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly. "
