"Just got back from an amazing overnight stay at Park Hall Manor. Our stay was fantastic. The house and Ladybower 2 suite, that we stayed in, is just stunning and Steven and Kris are fantastic hosts. Their attention to detail is second to none! Breakfast was fresh, well cooked and a good choice of continental and cooked options were on offer. The bed was firm but sumptuous and we slept well. "Hotel is in amazing Peak District area. Located above the pub but we wasnt bothered about any noice. Room and amenities are a bit dated but its comfy and pleasant. Its great for the location."

"The Black dog offers affordable accommodation. An excellent restaurant, friendly bar service and comfy beds. Unfortunately the room wasnt cleaned properly with my bathroom bin full from the previous occupier, bottle tops in the corner and a loo that hadnt been clean with a broken seat. Its these little things that make a good score."
