"The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets were dirty and had stains. Chairs also had stains. The split system had a damp smell when we turned it on for heating - didn't end up using it. There was mould at the foot of the bar fridge and ice built up. The property has visible damage at various places such as door frames and corners of walls and bathroom mirror. The property is a bit rundown. This property really isn't a hotel, it's a motel. I only chose it as it came up in the filters I chose - so perhaps it's classified incorrectly. It has potential but it was apparent that the inside was cheaply renovated / masked. The reception staff were okay; not super friendly but had clear communication. I spoke to them on the phone only and didn't have much more interaction. Overall, we we chose the property as it was close to what we needed, but felt uncomfortable when we got there."

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"

"Room was clean and spacious; hotel is in a good location. Biggest problem is, the hotel is used by charities to house homeless people on a temporary basis so it can be somewhat noisy overnight. Can walk to supermarket, 200 metres, and the Dandenong market with fresh foods and clothes etc. Check in staff were fast and helpful."

"Shift staff not helpful n even cause nuisance to guest travel from far . After payment made, they will treat u like disposable commodity. A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke . He just want to test my patience with lots of tricks jjust to make me find another motel after payment made. What a shame. Room is in appalling condition, mouldy smell, lots of hairs n dirty linens. Room far from picture shown. Scams. "

"The room was atrocious - shower not so much leaking as running, holes in blankets, barely any facilities. Folks knocking on the door all hours of the morning looking for drugs. Do not recommend."
