"There was a huge storm. The restaurant ran out of food. Had to eat stuff from the convenience store. Friendly staff. Nice location. But unforeseen circumstances made the stay a bit challenging."

"Room had a dirty rag on the dining table and the hallway floor was slippery and wet with puddles. The staff aren’t too eager to help unless they get a big tip. The only store and cafe close at 7pm. The timeshare people won’t leave you alone and they exude very scammy behavior. "

"Ocean and pool was visible from my room, staff was accommodating. Hallways were quiet even being close to the elevators. My family and I would stay again. "

"We stayed at the Sheraton 1 night during a heavy rain. There was rain leaking from ceilings and rain coming in from everywhere. They had great live music in the lobby. Most of the amenities were not a choice due to weather. "

"Nice resort. Staff was mixed, some very helpful and nice, but others not so much. I do wish there were a couple more food options, the few places all had the same mix of items. It was really crowded at times throughout the stay. Room was nice, but quite small. Had a nice trip overall."

"Upgraded at check-in to ocean front room. Was able to view/video a lot of whale activity with the ocean front room. Room was very clean, welcoming and well kept. Staff was excellent and pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort and will return!!"
