"I left a message for the manager in the morning and at lunchtime because I was charged on my incidental card the complete balance. I’ve been waiting to get a reversed for 3 days. that eveningTiffany texted manager because nothing was done and I was never called..she was told she’s busy doing someone here. She’ll look into it later. A guest walk down asking for towels. This is Friday night. She was told they do not have any extra towels. The customer said they were left with one towel in the room so I guess she’s not taking a shower tonight."

"The room and entire property was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The only concern I have was the noise that the bed makes from that metal piece that's under the bed. At first I though the noise was coming from outside but it was coming from the bed. But anyway it was good for a one night stay before I we got back on the road."

"Everyone was super friendly! Gantry, at the front desk, was super courteous and got us all checked in. Arthur, at the bar, even took the time to come out and bring our kids ice cream to the pool. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back in January! Thank you again!"

"A stay at the Red Roof Inn on the bad side of town would probably be better than this hotel. The entire floor stank of mildew and mold, the carpet in our room was wet the entire stay, beside the bed was completely soaked in what I fear was probably toilet water. The carpet also looked to be stained from some sort of bodily fluid in multiple places. The humidity inside the room was so terrible we went outside into the Louisiana humidity to get RELIEF. there was no house keeping for the 5 days we were there. We went to the front desk to get towels everyday and unfortunately several were stained in a questionable manner. The beds are hard as a rock and due to the state of the rest of the hotel I was terrified to sleep in them. The pool is out of service and drained, as well as the gym being closed and out of order, the floor was covered in water and towels the whole time. The best part of this stay was when we checked out to go home and immediately shower. "

"Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy as well. "
