"Hotel looked very run down, loved that it has a small kitchen in the room. The complementary breakfast was bread, bagel, and waffle could have been more for the price. Room service is only provided upon request. "

"I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. There was a noticeable gap in the window that caused the wind to howl loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The condition of the bathroom was also unacceptable. The sink was cracked, and there was visible rust in both the toilet and the shower, which made the space feel poorly maintained and unhygienic. On top of that, there was constant loud noise coming from above, likely due to creaky wooden flooring, which added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, there was limited housekeeping service provided during my stay. The only open restaurant was the buffet with limited dietary options. Breakfast closed at 10 which is too early for the only option til noon. The coffee bar did not have grab and go food. We found bones fragments in our hamburger!!!! Other restaurants had not opened yet and bar food was limited at night. Bad service was good for drinks. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and noise issues made this stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this resort unless significant improvements are made."

"thought there would be shampoo and an iron. there wasn't. The hot water took about 15 minutes before it was warm. Only got two towels for two people for four days. A little disappointing."
