Gevora Hotel
This hotel surprised me. It has very good views and is reasonably well maintained. It's an affordable and practical option which is not so common in downtown Dubai.

Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel
Hotel is in an ideal location especially if on a short vacation stay. I enjoyed all the facilities. Breakfast was top tier, the gym was well equipped and the staff very kind and helpful.
