".I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property from April 9th to 16th.
I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided.
However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. I was charged AED 700 for a couple of laundry shirts, which I found to be quite high. Given the broader challenges affecting the region, I had hoped for a more considerate approach.
Additionally, at the time of checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if there were any outstanding charges on my account and was informed that there were none. It was therefore surprising to see that three days later, my deposit was released with a deduction for the laundry charges.
I would appreciate clarification on:
Why this charge was not communicated at the time of checkout
Whether there is any flexibility regarding this charge
I want to reiterate that my stay was otherwise very pleasant, and this feedback is shared in the spirit of transparency and improvement.
