Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines

The Creekside Hotel Dubai an Accor Hotel
Great place near the airport with relaxing pool area on ground and a rooftop pool for the views. Great food choice. We had a superior room which was really comfy and well appointed.

Grand Millennium Business Bay
Very poor customer service We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay. When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic
