Well located Hit or Miss Older Property
The hotel property is most popular for its location next to Dubai Fountains and the Dubai mall. While that is great it’s also a haste to catch a taxi because one finds it very hard to get one given the location being extremely busy. Also area around this hotel is jam packed from 5pm to 8pm. Depends on what you are looking for it could be a hit or a miss. The room on Hotel.com I booked was One Bedroom Residence. I was shocked to see the room condition which was very poor with broken scratched furniture and very poor upkeep. Upon negotiating for 2 hours I was given an upgrade from residence to hotel side into an executive Suite which was large and well appointed and made the stay pleasant. Although I was asked to pay extra for it at my check out I was relieved of those charges much to the courtesy of the front office staff. So I am thankful to them. If you stay I recommend only the Hotel side not the residence. Also the hotel side has some rooms that are more fresh than others. Plenty of other good newer address properties I recommend you to pick from such as Address Fountain Views and Address Skyview.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience at the Addres Downtown. Everything was perfect. Especially the receptionist Myra. She is gougers and professional. We will diffidently come back to this magnificent hotel.

Fantastic location next to Dubai Mall with many restaurant and shopping options. Highly recommend Burj facing rooms for magical views (you can see the fountain show as well). Breakfast and gym were both very good.
