It’s amazing from the front door to leaving the property. Excellent professional caring staff and the manager as well. Tamara at front to Sonia at check in, Ali and Nabat, I was truly overwhelmed with the superior experience at this great hotel that really reflect the name and brand. All amenities, including the spa, are fit for a 5-star hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs. This hotel was all that we expected. My big plus is the accessibility to fine dining within Burj Khalifa, especially the Atmosphere on the 122nd floor, and easy and direct access to the Dubai Mall. The view from our room on the 38th floor was fantastic!

The Armani Hotel was so much more than a fantastic hotel. The level of service and genuine friendliness of the staff is beyond words. To say five stars is truly a disservice. Even after we checked out the staff attended to my mother’s needs as if she were their mother. Every need was attended to.

100% Armani style at the Burj Khalifa

The Hotel is an iconic place in Burj Khalifa. The rooms are designed in Armani elegand and austere style. The dim light creates a warm atmosphere, but the room is perhaps too dark. The service was outstanding, both at reception, room service, and the pool. We tried both the Atmosphere lounge at floor 122, impressive views, and Michelin star Armani italian restaurant, both very recommendable.
