All in all it was a decent clean Apartment with beach and pool access. Nice beach and pool area very clea. Disappointed gym wasn’t included in the high cost. Aircon wasn’t working In the living room and no light in the small room. Communication wasn’t particularly good from start to finish. No access cards to get to the beach. Always needed to find security to let us in and out.

En louant j'avais peur des commentaires lus sur Expedia maos en arrivant sur place je trouve les notes injustes. Ce n'est pas le nirvana mais vous avez pour votre argent au vu des tarifs pratiqués à Palm beach.

Worst experience ever

It is not a hotel, it is furnished apartment, there is a shortage of staff and the check in took around 1 hour.They did now that I have a reservation, they had to contact someone else by phone to find my reservation. We came to the apartment and the smell was if there were horses in the apartment before , the Furnature was old and many of the electronics not working, I went to the reception to cancel my booking but the money was not refundable. So accepted the current situation. They don't do room service every day they do it every three days. After I checked out they withdrew 1000 EAD from my credit card without my approval, the claim that one of the speakers in the apartment was broken, which did not happen, we did not even use the speakers because it was not working. Do not be fouled by pictures in the website. Good things :beach was clean , staff in riva resturant was helpful.

Nice beach facilities, great location. You get discount at the restaurant downstairs. Gym is not free, the apartment is looking dated and the floors were not very clean.

Living in Resort Paradise

REMEMBER this is not a full service Hotel, this is a Resident Hotel. The staff upon check-in were attentive, kind and friendly. The BeSpoke Manager was remote and not on site, so timing needs to be accounted for. The HouseKeeping and Maintenance staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. And the front desk clerks will always call you a cab or give you directions around the Palm Island or a good referral for dinner. The property is secure on all perimeters using locked doors and key cards - so the kids & Family are safe from intruders. Then in the back, by the Arabian Gulf, the Resort, the pool, the landscaping and the Beach is a Resort Paradise. I highly recommend this property for all Family's looking for a wonderful vacation in Dubai.

When we got there, there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Took two days for them to get us some. Also no shower curtains on the shower/tub. Never did get them. Also didn't have enough towels for us and no wash cloths. Otherwise was satisfied with the room. Lots of space for the 4 of us.

Näköalat mahtavat ja huoneisto tilava ja siisti. Olimme varanneet huoneen 2 aik.1 lapsi, saapuessamme ei lisävuodetta tosin huoneessa ollut...Huoneisto hyvin varusteltu, mutta esim.tiskiaineet, Wc-paperi puuttuivat, ja nämä oletettiin asiakkaan hankkivan itse. Laitteiden käyttöohjeita (kaasuhella, pyykkikone jne.) ei ollut laisinkaan. Rannan käyttö ja beach-clubi olivat suljettu maanomistajien ja hotellin välisten erimielisyyksien vuoksi( Tilanne jatkunut jo lokakuusta 2016 asti),tästä ei tiedotettu laisinkaan nettisivuilla etukäteen.... olimme hyvin pettyneitä, koska olemme rannan takia tuon hotellin varanneet.

Dårlig hygiene-ingen tilgang til strand

Leiligheten var romslig med 3 bad og fin terrasse. Renholdet var ikke bra. Litt skittent da vi kom. Dårlig hygiene, ingen såpe eller sjampo på badene. Ikke renholdutstyr på kjøkken. Vi fikk 2 håndklær til 4 personer. Skulle vært vask hver 3.dag. De kom ikke. En singel dyne til dobbeltseng. Vi informerte om dette, og fikk et teppe etter 4 dager. Da vi bestilte hotellet var det pga tilgang til strand. Da vi kom dit fikk vi vite at vi ikke kunne bruke stranden pga konflikt med strandeier. Det reklameres med tilgang til treningsrom. Det kunne vi ikke bruke uten å betale. Alt i alt var dette et sted hvor ingenting fungerte. Vi vil aldri dra til dette stedet igjen.

Beach access was denied

No beach access...no heated pool...no gym access...had to go otherside of palm to have access to beach...crossing 2 busy main roads where designated crossing areas are too far apart...

Pessima esperienza. Arrivo letto non fatto, lenzuola prese dall'armadio sporche e rotte ! Ho atteso che mi fosse consegnato il phon (perchè nell'appartemento non c'era) 1 ora. Ogni mattina trovavamo un cartello sulla nostra macchina parcheggiata su LORO INDICAZIONE area disabili, (perchè il parcheggio a noi destinato era occupato) con la scritta a caratteri cubitali NON PARCHEGGIARE IN QUESTA AREA, e tutti i giorni nonostante le nostre proteste del perchè di tale cartello, ogni mattina si ripeteva la storia. Wifi zona piscina inesistente (sempre problemi) Spiaggia chiusa (e va bene visto che non era indicata) ma non si poteva nemmeno fare il bagno in quel tratto di mare !! il perchè nessuno è riuscito a spiegarlo.
