This hotel is horrible , the staff is not friendly and the breakfast is not worth it. We wake up to find bed bugs in our bed we notified staff but they did not care at all. There was also black mold all over the hotel room and the bathroom was so dirty. Do not come to this hotel. I’m going to attach the pictures with the mold inside the bathroom. It’s not even worth $1 per night.they are true scam

The hotel is in good area but what I don't like is that when we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour after the supposedly check-in time which is 2pm. When they took us to our room, we had to wait outside because they weren't done cleaning, vacuuming and changing the beddings. The room was dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable. There's only 1 outlet for the coffee machine and the refrigerator so we kept on unplugging it between the two.

Arranged a late check out with the front desk, but on the day of check out I was called and asked to vacate the room with 10 minutes as other guests were waiting. When I then hurried and packed and checked out, and complained about it, I was just they just requested me to check out early and did not take any accountability of their action. Very rude lady in reception that day.

When Best Western Plus becomes Worst Eastern Minus. Incomprehensible how they cab allow their trademark on this overpriced filth. Old, very worn and sleepy incompetent staff. Four stars is a joke, 500 AED/night even more so. Breakfast at 9-10 is a war zone with families. 150 AED/night and two stars would be correct.

We had a good stay overall. The reception was good( fast check in) . Breakfast was our favorite during our stay. This hotel could benefit from a good renovation ( the carpet was old, with a bit of smell) Our bedroom had some humidity stains on the walls. Linen & towels were clean but very used. I would like to appreciate the staff; they were very helpful; particularly: aquid( housekeeping), Jimmy& Ismael.

They announced it as a 4 Stars hotel in Dubai! Oh no nothing could be more wrong! What a big joke! I wouldn’t even give it one star. I don’t know where to start! Everything is a substandard. Bathroom is dirty, bath towels are smelly and old. The room is miserable. We felt really happy just go away from this hotel and I will never go back again!

We had a room with a small living room area, two twin beds, another room with king bed and one bathroom. There was also adequate closet space and a mini fridge, safe, kettle, and two coffee/tea cups. It was spacious and clean. However, if there are multiple people staying in one room, provide more than one room key at check in. If you only provide one key, once they are in the room they have to use that key to put in the key holder to have access to the electricity and A/C in the room. If there are two people, give two room keys, for three people give three room keys, etc. This is important because just because people check in together, does not meant they will stay together and go the same places at the same time. Also, I understand reusing the room keys once someone checks out, but at least colorox wipe/clean the room key before giving it to another person because the room keys were dirty. The same issue with the room keys occurred with the towels. Provide the adequate number of towels and wash cloths per person in the room. The breakfast buffet was unorganized and disappointing. No one checked us in or took us to a table. You basically have to grab a table wherever you can and ask the staff to clean it off for you, and they just clean off the plates/bowls/cups but do not wipe down the table. The seating area is very limited. Staff should monitor guests to ensure they are taking the food to put on their plates with utensils and not their hands.
