Good location and well maintained. Very responsive and friendly staff. Su at front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, pleasant and prompt. The conceirge staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Relatively new hotel with big and comfortable rooms nicely decorated. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good pools and gym. Good location in Bur Dubai close to the Metro.

In the middle of Burjuman, where the workingclass people live. Good shopping, good food and cheap. Shops open till midnight! And some restaurants 24hrs. Hotel was good, swimming pool on the small side. Service and food good but a bit expensive. Breakfast on the other hand was the best. Anything you could wish for and more. Thank you Doubletree!

Customer service at the reception was disappointing. I had emailed them previously to ask if they could do something special and surprise my wife as it was our 25 th wedding anniversary. But the hotel failed to do anything not even any decorations in our room or cake etc.

When i booked the room it said it was close to airport. It was not. There was a lot of people everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable being from another country. I was traveling alone. When i got in the room the smell was awful and the cleaning bottle was oh the console below the tv. I was very disappointed. Left right away. I would love to have a refund if possible. The hotel was willing to do so however, i booked with Expedia. I am not a happy customer

とにかく清掃が行き届いていて、ホテルのスタッフも親切です。広さもデザインもおしゃれでパーフェクト！少しシャワーの水圧は弱いですが、下水臭さも全くなく、シャワー、トイレ、洗面台全てTOTOのものなのも良かったです。 すぐ近くにモールがあり食べ物や交通には困りません。夜、買い出しに行きましたが、賑わっていて治安の心配も特になく、女性1人で歩いている方も多くいます。 ブルジュハリファまでも数駅で着き、2つの路線が通っているので、どこへ行くにも便利です。

In general it is very good. Food needs improvement. ie eggs and gluten free bread.
