We were upgraded to a suite and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good with great choice and the private beach was very relaxing. Great location to relax and recharge.

My husband and I got to this hotel early Christmas day. My husband arrived extremely sick, it appeared he caught a flu on the plane. I informed the hotel he wasn’t feeling well and asked if we could please check in early.. We were only there an 1-2 hrs before check in and they agreed however said we would be charged a fee! What?! so we said we would wait. As we were waiting, we felt very uncomfortable. There was a man handing out tea and coffee. He didn’t offer me any only offered my husband, rude. Front desk was giving us very dirty looks. Valet actually ended up asking front desk to let us have the room early and so they did. My husband ultimately got me sick and we ended up having to stay in our room the entire stay up until after New Years. We couldn’t walk because of the body aches and asked if we could have the breakfast we had purchased in our package delivered, they said it could not since it was buffet style. Nobody made effort to check in on us not even to see how er were doing. We ended up having to order room service every day since we were sleeping during the day, Everyone at the front desk knew we weren’t feeling well and NOBODY cared to ask how we were doing. It is just mind boggling how you pay so much money to be treated with no compassion or good service. At check out they charged us all the room service $550 , in addition to water charges!!! and extras for food we didn’t end up eating because of how gross it was. AWFUL, never again. Stay away!
