FIVE Jumeirah did not disappoint. Especially after our Airbnb got cancelled that Saturday and we flew out that Monday!!!! From check in, bags delivered to our room, housekeeping, customer service, transportation, to check out, it was ALL outstanding service!! We stayed in the Penthouse and it was exactly as pictured. The room and pool was clean! We absolutely love this place and would definitely stay again. The food at the restaurants we went to was delicious. There is even a pharmacy within walking distance since I caught a cold. The only downside is I wish I got/remembered every persons name I encountered so I could mention them personally!! Go ahead and book. It’s a great property!!!

I don't want to leave a bad review as an effort was made to recover the bad situation therefore the 4 star rating. Sadly the hotel sold my pre-booked and pre-paid reservation so when I arrived at 3am I had no room to go to despite having the late arrival time confirmed with their reservations team. After 2 hours of wait in the hotel's lobby the duty manager Rameez arranged for a very nice room for me to check-in into and offered a food & beverage credit so I appreciate the effort they've made to sort out the mess. I didn't get to experience any of the other facilities as I was checking out the same day. Overall thumbs up but 50/50 on vising next time.
