I do not recommend this hotel because- Wrong check in time Twin room only had 1 glass of water Faulty Iron was provided to me No slippers in 4 star hotel No bathrobe; people walking half naked from swimming pool **miserable receptionist** With so many bad experiences- I did not bother trying their other services. Little basic things go a long way so there is improvement needed here.

Very close to Al Jaddaf metro station. There are two supermarket around the corner. The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. However the shower door is a bit awkward, the water is easily travel to the vanity/sink. Overall I have really good experience.

Incredible hotel, wonderful staff, housekeeping staff were diligent, security was excellent especially Rahim. Great breakfast buffet, pool, gym, location (superb), and they even had a shuttle service. Would recommend to anyone!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are so friendly, positive, helpful, organized, and professional. Literally everyone working in this hotel from the reception, to security, housekeeping team, lifeguard, kitchen staff and more were so great! Rahim was especially exceptional every time we needed something, even if it was a recommendation for stores! The breakfast buffet is great! Housekeeping team deserves all the tips!! We loved staying at this hotel. The only criticism is the lighting in the actual rooms being dim. The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the metro, and an easy drive to basically anywhere, with a 24 hour pharmacy and minimart just next door. They even have a shuttle service! All around, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Cost effective Quality in Dubai
If you are visiting Dubai on a budget you can't go wrong with this hotel. It a quality hotel comfortable casual feel hotel with great staff - this is the one . It's about 200 metres from the Al Jadaf metro station so getting around is easy .

breakfast is not up to the mark. we have to pay for coffee, not free, it's a four-star hotel, they should provide good coffee I am not happy when asking for money for coffee .

Nice stylish hotel
Nice basic but stylish hotel in Al Jaddaf. Only 3 or 4 minutes walk from the metro station. Lots of construction work in the area. The staff are very nice and helpful. Full buffet breakfast. Swimming pool and gym on the roof.

❤️ this place; staff friendly, helpful, courteous. Black out curtains, view from the rooftop pool fabulous. Only had breakfast there and it was delicious. Metro was across the street which was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Our stay at FORM was seamless, dubai metro is just 2 mins walk from property, there are couple of supermarket near by, which was very convenient. They also have free shuttle to Dubai Mall, festival city mall and kite beach. Food was good too. Staff member Marlon and others were very helpful.

Staff are friendly. Hotel is new. Clean and modern. There is no city view as mentioned by the rooms options. Hotel isn’t located in the city at all und it’s impossible to look to the city. Best view is to the highway which is not bad. Other views are to the buildings or constructions around the hotel. It’s a new area in the desert under construction.

The only problem you will face that the parking is on sand and under the hotel is only four parking. But for me it was ok because of all the good things about the hotel.

A very nice hotel!
A very nice hotel! The suite was very large and spacious. The staff friendly and attentive. Restaurants menu was ok, not great. Close to the airport so convenient in that regard. Count on many taxi trips to get around. Taxis are cheap though.

Our stay at FORM hotel in Dubai was average. The hotel was clean with good house keeping throughout and we felt generally comfortable however there were some areas that we felt were substandard. The bathroom facilities in our room were designed for the toilet to be separated from the basin, fact that we weren't fans of. Otherwise there were two USB ports by the desk and none of them was working. One of our bedside tables didn't have any sockets which meant that if we wanted to have our phone by our bedside at night, only one of them could be charged overnight and we found that inconvenient. The pool and gym facilities were sufficient, clean and in good condition. The breakfast was predetermined by the hotel (not a buffet). Although it was sufficient, there wasn't consistency as to what one was supposed to receive for breakfast. We didn't receive a yogurt the first day despite of most other customers receiving one. Although we had booked a bed and breakfast package, barista style coffee was available but we had to pay 22EAD for one which we found was excessive. Also it had to be paid on the spot. The hotel staff were apathetic and uncharming and didn't show interest or care for customers. We were a little disappointed with the experience and we wouldn't go back or recommend.

Being a hip hotel does not mean compromising on guest service. Breakfast was from a pre-decided menu and for any extra helpings you have to pay more ! Asked for an iron, did not arrive for more than an hour despite 2 calls. Then they call to ask when I would be checking out. I responded....I dont have ironed clothes to wear. You send me an iron I shall check-out in 30 mins after I have ironed the clothes I intend to wear. Voila the iron arrives in 5 mins.
