My billing issue which was resolved immediately along with an apology note and a bowl of mixed fruits. It was a truly generous gesture. Any complaints was attended to spontaneously. Customer satisfaction is their motto. The room, the staff, hotel too, was all awesome. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. They even have a roof top swimming pool and 24 hr gym.
