My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

The hospitality manager, Sugumar, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. They took the time to personally welcome us, inquire about our preferences, and address any concerns we had. Throughout our stay, the hospitality manager consistently checked in to ensure that we were enjoying our time at the hotel. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or arranging special amenities in our room, their attention to detail was truly impressive. What stood out the most was their genuine warmth and dedication to ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests. In addition to the impeccable service provided by the hospitality manager, the hotel itself was exquisite. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the facilities were top-notch, and the dining options were superb. Overall, our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by their hospitality manager(Sugumar) & staff. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Nice room, the pool was being refurbished but they gave us free dinner to compensate but should have told us before that this was going on. Otherwise was a wry nice experience and great food
