Staff is very helpful. The breakfast is very poor, they need to put some more varieties. In the toom we did not find all sanitary items. They put towels for only 2.In the pictures there's sauna but in reality, no.

Excellent quality stay and customer service for such a great deal. Stayed 5 nights for about $250. Only downside is that it’s about 20 mins driveaway from most major tourist attractions and 25 mins walk from the metro. But overall very clean, safe as well as affordable. Would stay again!

the reception staff were incredibly rude. i did not feel welcome at all. i had to wait hours to get checked in. even when someone had arrived after me they still were offered a room before me. the receptionist pretend you’re not even there when you go up to the desk to talk to them. the cleaning staff, pool staff and door men were very lovely. however the receptionists were horrible, it’s like they didn’t want to do their job.

Okay - value for money was very good. We wanted to be in this area of Dubai for a specific reason - so only here for 1 x night.

- sports bar was great, nice food and reasonable price. A themed rangers FC bar which is amazing in Dubai
- breakfast had lots of choice

Decent price for a short stay. We planned on going to the miracle garden, dinner in the sky and the mall of emirates all which were a short distance away by cab. The concierge was able to get us a metered cab whenever we needed one. The hotel is clean but old looking and can use an upgrade specially the carpet and the bathroom. We were only there for a 12 hour layover so we didn’t experience much. We didn’t even spend the night otherwise we probably would’ve opted for something a bit more luxurious.
