We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. Restaurant staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Harinder. Restaurant managers on the other hand treated their employees really but , telling them off in front of customers. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food at restaurant was good with a many Indian dishes. Underground parking is available for the guests.

Near to supermarket , pharmacy. Excellent service. Very clean. The only thing me and my friends didnt like was the location of our room which I think was above the Luna Bar. It`s very noisy starting around 10-11pm and we hardly get some sleep for the entire stay of 6 nights. I asked the front desk if we could possibly be moved to another room but said they were full.

We took an apartment at this hotel and it was really good and cannot fault it. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was catered for different needs and was excellent. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt and may stay there again if we go to Dubai in the future. There really is nothing bad about the hotel or its facilities, in fact we were able to check in early as we arrived in the morning and the manager helped us to get a room late morning. Overall, a really good hotel and worthy of a five star rating.
