I booked this hotel because: 1.it is near the airport 2.it has free transportation to the airport. In the morning I went to the front desk to a staff member named Amr and asked him for the airport shuttle schedule. he asked for my boarding ticket and my phone to register me for the shuttle. after 2 minutes he gave me back my phone and said he had registered me. then I found out that I had written a review on my behalf on google about your company. 30 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The employee asked to see my ticket. He asked me what terminal I was at. I told him I didn't know. Then he googled the information and said I should go to terminal 1. When I arrived at the airport I couldn't find my flight in the flight schedule on the electronic board. I asked the desk clerk what I should do if I couldn't find my flight. he looked and told me that I had to go to another airport. it was 3.5 hours before the flight. I went outside and got into a cab and went to the airport. I paid 100$ for the cab. After 2.5 hours I arrived at the other airport and somehow managed to check in and get on the plane. I ask for a full refund of the money I spent on the taxi. And the company should either not provide this service at all or hire responsible and honest employees.

The hallways and the hotel room were dirty and poorly maintained, there was also a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room/level. Many of the staff we interacted with were unfriendly (with 2 notable exceptions) and when we checked out early (to stay in another cleaner hotel) the staff member on reception did not even enquire how our stay had been
