Very good and clean hotel . Staff are lovely just a distance walk to gold souk. However is a long walk to the market . I love the breakfast is fresh and clean and the staff for breakfast are amazing . I will stay there again . Thank you

Sita looked after us with all our needs. Being polite,helpful and pleasant . With all the local knowledge and going above and beyond. Had an issue at the last stay and she remembers this and made changes. Highly Will recommend this hotel if you are around the gold souk.

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but when we arrived at 2am, there was no rooms for us and we were sent to an apartment, which was good but not what we asked for. We wanted to stay in the apartment but were told we'd have to pay extra, therefore, we returned to the hotel, which was a good idea as it was near the metro and gold souk and loads of good restaurants. The Ibis was actually great, once wed settled in and the staff were all kind and helpful. TO compensate us, we were offered free breakfasts for the rest of our stay. Cathy, the server at breakfast, was wonderful with us, and knew our requirements from day 1. Kevin on reception was also wondetful and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The only criticism i have is that the pool area was small, with only 7 sunbeds. Other than that, I have to say our stay was great and Dubai is a fantastic.

Good location. Friendly staff but not well organized. Coffee machine was broken so we asked for coffee…..no teaspoons to stir coffee, we had to ask. No one told us that omelets could be ordered so when the chef came to greet us and asked for any suggestions and we mentioned eggs he was surprised that none of the wait staff had told us anything. Our shower leaks and the tiny bathroom gets flooded each time we take a shower because there’s no shower door. No hairdryer in bathroom😔

Lækkert hotel med en swimming pool, der har en flot udsigt ud over Dubai. Hotel værelserne var flotte og rene med gode senge og personalet var serviceminded og rigtig søde. Morgenmaden mangler en opgradering specielt buffeten. De produkter de bruger skal være bedre og friskt brød mangler.

I extended my stay in the hotel, there were some aspects I mentioned in my previous review regarding some small issues I had experienced. Ms. Analin, the Guest Experience Manager was amazing! She was kind enough to ask me personally about my comments in my previous review. She made sure everything improved, since I met her my experience has been the best. I'm grateful because she took the time to pay attention to her guests. Accor is lucky to have people like her. I highly recommend the hotel, it has everything you need.

The hotel was nice, very well located, the room is big enough. However Staff made my experience bad. They are from many different countries and their english is really bad. Fron reception until the Waitress its not possible to communicate. I speak many languages but they speak philipino, Hindi, so it was bad. They need to train their staff urgently. The housekeeper was awful, the shower never got cleaned, they did not make the bed... no interest in cleaning at all. Unfortunate because the hotel ia pretty the area is nice but things need trained people to work well.
