A great hotel to stay

Friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent location, shops, restaurant within walking distance. Taxis are available at all times. Metro station 5 to 7 minutes walking distance. Good breakfast with good varieties. The gym and swimming pool are great and clean.

Good staff but not enough lifts for guests only 2 lifts. The presence of clubs within the hotel also means it gets a bit rowdy on weekends. Good access to supermarkets and street foodt. shop nearby has very good and cheap tea

First day met Krishna at the reception. Very friendly, very accommodating and pleasant . From there 3 days was just awesome.This hotel is Very convenient for me .All the staff I met were helpful and kind and I had a great stay . My only request is put shower curtains in the bathrooms to prevent water falling on the tiles..Will definitely book again.

I liked the location of the property as it was convinient. Not so much liked the quality of service, unless I was asking for more than that type of hotel should provide. There was a mishap done by housekeepers but the upper management didn't do what it took for a come back game.
