Hotel perfect! Old staff amazing.

I always stayed in this hotel since it was new. I had good experience always. This time mohamed Talab checked me in, he was super nice and all good. What I didn’t like the next day was that the team that came in the morning are not coordinated. Extended still I had 5 staff members calling 5 different times asking if I’m extending or staying. So no communication within their team. Disappointed this time and will not go back to stay. I changed hotel.

Overall Hotel building is nice with good friendly staff. far from Metro and shuttle times are limited. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Room layout is not what I like with main door and bathroom door directly opening in the room, instead of a entrance corridor.
