Loved the rooms on the executive level and the lounge. The staff was always ready and eager to help with a smile. Eddie is the sweetest guy. The staff at breakfast was always soooo nice and helpful. The bed were comfortable, room spacious, and loved the shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly from the kind staff at valet to the front desk to all the cleaning staff - everyone was extremely friendly and keen to help. The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area. Shoutout to Hamza and Reza from Pakistan at the valet who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant
