Room was not supplied with basic amenities such as enough towels, toothbrushes, body lotions. We stayed there for 4 nights and we were 3 adults. The food was not good at all. Some package like ours, basic breakfast should have been complimentary.

Our stay was amazing, at Novotel hotel .The front desk team did a great customer service, always welcoming us with a smile and providing clear explanations and assistance, making our check-in and stay seamless. The housekeeping, especially Sankhar, was outstanding. He consistently approached us with respect and a smile, and his attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. He deserves special recognition and appreciation. The food service was excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The only minor downside was the hot weather in August, which kept us indoors more often than we would have liked. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen Dubai-Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Poolbereich sehr angenehm. Lediglich die große Baustelle in der Nähe ist teilweise recht laut bis in die Abendstunden. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr lobenswert, nur einige Möbelstücke weisen leichte Beschädigungen auf, die allerdings nur optisch leicht stören ! Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Dubai auf dieses Haus sicher wieder zurückkommen auch wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zur nächsten Metro-Station.
