This hotel took my reservation and my money, when I arrived the hotel was under water and had been closed for 2 days! This was just a con and Expedia should take them off the system fir this behaviour.

The children's pool lifeguard employee (long-haired African woman) has a very bad manner, a mixture of morals and psychology, and does not know how to deal with the guests. I will not book this hotel again because of her. All thanks and appreciation to the Bangladeshi employee at the children’s pool. He was extremely ethical and professional.

The overall summary for this is… “well … It’ll do.” But I’ll walk you through the experience. The lobby is actually nice, but the check-in is shared between Movempick and Novotel, and took forever. When I went up to my room, there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, the same, you might experience in large residential towers in Dubai, that familiar smell of stuffy AC air. Upon entering the room, it’s surprisingly large, which is visually relaxing. The decor was simple and nice. The finishing was less than perfect, small dots of paint can be seen on the floorboard in the kitchen. There was a part of the rug that was just cleaned and was still wet, but I stepped into wearing my socks (hate that :)). Even though I had requested a non-smoking room, there was a faint stench of old smoke. The lighting of the room was actually nice, so was the Lighting surrounding the mirror in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine, furthermore, there were no packets of instant coffee, only tea, and when I called to get some, that took around 20 to 30 minutes, which is a bit annoying in the morning (take away my liberty but don’t take away my coffee, right?). These room service people were very kind and nice on the phone, and when I ran into them in the hallway. The staff in the front desk were clearly stretched thin, but they were also pleasant to talk to. I gave the location three because it took forever to get back onto the highway passing through residential areas with spee

Upon arrival @ 1pm we waited 45min to be seen at the reception desk. Although half of hotel was empty were told to wait until 3pm to check in. The balcony was not clean. Only provided facility for 1 person when the room was booked for 2 people. Breakfast was horrible experience hardly anything available. Usually waited 15/20 to order in egg station. Even then they get it wrong. On one occasion they gave my omelet to some other customer and had to wait another 15min. The reception must be under staff or lack in customer service. Upon check out called for a bell boy twice again after 20 min I gave up dragged my luggage’s to reception again packed with customers waiting. Room 1112

Recaption staff are great they upgraded or room to suite. However the room is not in a good level of clean I think they have shortage in house keeping staff we try to call 0 and house keeping for many time and no one answers the calls!! The location is a bit far from everywhere.
