Location is perfect with access to the Marina Walkway. Just step out the hotel and there you are. Views of the marina with the yachts and glittering high-rise buildings surrounding the marina from your room are stunning day and night. Nice pool. An OK optional breakfast (adequate and varied but not with a WOW factor that you can find at the higher 5-Star hotels such as Stella Di Mare). Bedroom is spacious and the living room even more so. A fully equipped kitchen can serve all your cooking needs for any imaginable meal. There are superb supermarkets 5-min walking distance from the hotel. An excellent options in restaurants too. This is a fabulous place for water-fun experiences from day/night leisure cruises with meals to fast paced speed boat rides on the Dubai waterfront.

The property is in a very wonderful location and overlooks the Marina. Staff are friendly and respond very promptly to requests. It has a wonderful ambience and the proximity to the metro station and Dubai Mall are added advantages

a very nice and clean apartment right at the walking promenade Marina. We arrived early but thanks to friendly hotel staff we were able to check in earlier, super friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary supplies and enough parking spaces in the garage! the view from our balcony is awesome ! We will definitely come back here again!

After reading all the reviews decided to book Nuran was really disappointing in the 3 bedroom “executive apartment” not executive really dated old dirty furniture, will attach a few photo, they gave us a apartment on the far corner had limited views of the marina I requested a high floor that wasn’t even met. Staff weren’t helpful at all they booked us a taxi left a bag in the taxi and they couldn’t even be bothered to track the car and our goods. We had 2 bathroom dirty and dated one had limited hot water the other had no hot water for 3 days. Breakfast menu was very limited especially for young children. Iron was dangerous with its wires exposed. Patio doors would even close could hear all the noise from outside all night. Staff at the hotel had limited English they can read email very well. I could carry on and on.

The Condo is nice but lacks the amenities for business travelers. For instance, in the dining table area (that's where a business traveler usually opens his laptop to work, but there isn't any available wall outlet for people to use. All the wall outlets were being used by table lamps or floor lamps. In the bedroom, there is no power outlet near the light stand for people to charge their cellphone.

Pros: Staff was friendly and there was and excellent communication. The property was in a very good spot, close to grocery stores, restuarants, and Marina walk. Marina Mall was arround 15 min walk. Cons: Inside the room and the elevator was kind of bad smell, smell like burnt oil. Our clothes were getting oily smell.

As a frequent traveler I have stayed at many many many hotels and resorts, however, I have never received exceptional customer service quite like Nuran Residences. From the front staff to the house keeping and room service staff, each individual takes pleasure in making their guests stay memorable. People who work here will greet you the same way each and every time they say you, no matter day or night or the fact you have been there 10 days. Apart from the super friendly staff, exceptional client service.. this place is a gem of a find with location you can not ask for anywhere else in Dubai. Situated right on the famous "Marina Walk" this place is within the walking distance of the Dubai Marina Mall and the famous Jumeirah Beach is less than kilometer walk (Mind you that walk itself is beautiful). We were so glad that we chose to stay on the marina than close to the Burj Khalifa.. We were able to do several activities and no have to worry about transport. Dubai Marina Zipline, Xclusive Yacht are only few of the many things to do around here. We loved the apartment like set up as we travelled with our baby and wanted bigger space. The Staff here makes their life's mission to make your stay memorable.. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again.

I was there with my family and we loved everything about the facility. I will definitely be back. The hospitality was awesome. You should add more intercontinental dishes to the breakfast. We didn't have much options. But in all, exceptionally excellent!

Nuran Marina Serviced Residences Is An Excellent Hotel
The Nuran Marina hotel is superbly located with one entrance actually on the Dubai Marina promenade. Most rooms have some view of the marina with all its expensive motor launches and skyscraper buildings. There is a busy dual-carriageway running past the hotel, but it isn't any bother, because the double glazing cuts out any noise and air con keeps you cool in your bedroom. You can also sit in your balcony and watch some exotic cars driving by. The staff couldn't be more helpful from breakfast time to bed time. Always available should you need anything. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

My 5th time with Nuran. The studio is huge, so is the balcony. You have everything Needed, even a washing machine. The room is very clean, bad is so comfortable and the area around is just perfect. Mall, bars, Restaurants, the beach, marina walk and the subway- all is there around.

This location was very nice. My family was walking around Marina Walk everyday. During staying the residence, we used to use a pool and gym. The facilities were good. I would definitley recommend this palce.

Super friendly staff and the room was much more than I expected. I had a studio room which was a really good size. Kitchen area was nice with everything you need. The gym was good with a view of the marina. All in all, a great place to stay on the marina.
